I noticed that all of the wings in the pack were right wings (go figure), so i just lined them up. When I served the dish we referred to it as the "Vast Right Wing Asian Conspiracy." I like the flavors that fish sauce and rice wine vinegar bring to any dish so I can imagine how they translate to wings. I also liked how you plated them like that.
